S420 New Firmware Available Dear HiTi value customers,

For high working efficiency and outstanding product reliability, since Jan 1st 2015, ribbon IC chip will not be used on some of S420 photo print kits. Please MUST check with our sales rep for product part numbers involved in this event. To use non-IC ribbon on S420, your printer firmware and driver have to be upgraded to FW v1.29 or above, and driver v3.0.0.22b or above. Both the latest firmware and driver are NOW downloadable from HiTi official website at www.hiti.com. In case of any questions about download, please contact our Customer Service Department for further assistance.
