How come paper jam and ribbon jam occurs?1. DO NOT tear off border before printing.
2. Make sure paper is installed correctly but not opposite down.
3. Please reboot printer to let printer eject jammed paper automatically.
4. Please contact HiTi Tech Support if jammed paper and ribbon cannot be removed or ejected.
