Why can’t I connect to Pringo WiFi with my Android 6.0 smartphone?

Pringo's WiFi does not support internet connection. Some Android smartphones might automatically try to connect to other WiFi devices and result in "no printer connection" when you print via Pringo App. If your Android 6.0 smartphone have this issue, try the following steps:

1. Go to phone setting, and select to connect to Pringo WiFi.


2. If similar notification popped up, click on it.


3. If your phone asked if you wish to stay connected to this WiFi network which has no internet connection, click on "Yes". When you finished connecting your phone to Pringo WiFi, open Pringo App to start printing.
