Why can’t I connect ODBC by using Excel file?
In using Excel file, you have to create and define the table in your workbook that you would like to use in your batch print. (In Access, it will be created automatically while you new a database file)
1. Select the data range on your worksheet which includes the date you would like to print.
2. Go to Insert, select Name, then choose Define to create a table for your data. (like the illustration above)
3. Give a name to this table (this name will be used as an available table in data source of ODBC)
