Why can’t I connect to P520L or P525L WiFi with my Android 6.0 smartphone?

P520L or P525L's WiFi does not support internet connection. Some Android smartphones might automatically try to connect to other WiFi devices and result in "no printer connection" when you print via Prinhome App. If your Android 6.0 smartphone have this issue, try the following steps:

1. Go to phone setting, and select to connect to P520L or P525L WiFi.


2. If similar notification popped up, click on it.


3. If your phone asked if you wish to stay connected to this WiFi network which has no internet connection, click on "Yes". When you finished connecting your phone to P520L or P525L WiFi, open Prinbiz App to start printing.
