Montebello, CA Hi-Touch Imaging Technologies announces that it's new mobile Transphotable Photo Printer is now available. The Transphotable is a mobile printer that can be used out in the field. It has a DC Car Power-converter so it can be used with a car cigarette-lighter. It has extra durability features like added crush protection and extra dirt and dust filters to protect from the outdoor elements. Twin memory card slots allow printing directly from CompactFlash and SmartMedia cards (MS, MMC, and SD are also supported with additional adapters). The Transphotable has a wider operating temperature range to enable it to be used in a greater variety of outdoor conditions and includes a convenient carrying bag. The new machine maintains HiTi's industry low cost per print average which is significantly less than the costs of inkjet printing and even more affordable than other dye-sublimation printing solutions. Additionally a unique "watermark" can be adding using HiTi's Magic Coating Technology when using a PC. The Magic Coating also waterproofs the prints and protects them from aging. The printer comes with HiTi's PhotoDesiree imaging editing software which allows users to enhance and modify images on demand.
